| The Council for Youth with Chronic Conditions collaborates with New Hampshire’s governmental departments, families, and the public and private sectors in relation to youths with chronic health conditions. Our relationship with the state departments is an advisory capacity and the departments assist with providing data to the council. Our relationships with families and other organizations consists of defining medical, social and educational needs of children and families. We increase awareness and promote community based services around youths with chronic health conditions. |

We are home to the Region 1 Pediatric Environmental Health Specialty Unit (PEHSU) whose mission is to provide education and consultation for families, health care professionals, communities, and policy makers on environmental threats to children’s health. |
