From the Board of Nursing:  In December 2023, the NH Board of Nursing, through the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification (OPLC), established a partnership with CE Broker for continuing education (CE) requirements. CE Broker is an online system that allows nurses to upload their continuing education requirements throughout the year. Please note that all RNs, APRNs, and LNAs are required to upload their continuing education in CE Broker before renewing their license. Please visit the links below for further information and instructions on setting up a CE Broker account.

School Nurse Leadership Academy developed by George Mason University

In partnership with George Mason University and funded by the Virginia Department of Education, The Center is helping develop a School Nurse Leadership Academy that will begin in January 2025.

The purpose of the School Nurse Leadership Academy is to help school nurse leaders develop the skills needed to lead district level school health services. The cohort-based program will develop future leaders who have the vision and skills necessary to support school nurses as they address the often-complex health needs of school-age children.
The Academy is for school nurse leaders from all states and locations (i.e. school nurse administrators, lead nurses, leaders of state/local school nurse organizations).     MORE INFORMATION

We spend 90% of our time indoors, where pollutant levels can routinely be two to 10 times higher than the surrounding outdoor air. Improving indoor air quality is the key to protecting human health and well-being. Researchers at Chemical Insights, an Institute of Underwriters Laboratories, completed a multi-year study with Georgia Institute of Technology on the impact of 3D printer emissions on indoor air quality. This course will walk you through the basics of why indoor air quality matters, the impact of operating 3D printers on indoor air quality, what their research found, and what you can do to best mitigate the unintended consequences associated with this exciting, innovative technology. Complete all four modules (10-15 minutes each) to expand your knowledge of how to mitigate exposure to 3D printer emissions.
