Camp Nurse - Camp Yavneh -- Northwood, NH

General Responsibility: To provide first aid care for campers and staff, overseeing the administration of medications to campers and staff, coordinating visits with the camp physician and outside health care professionals as needed, monitoring overall camp health and cleanliness standards, maintaining appropriate camp medical records.

This is an 8 week position beginning the week before camp and ending on the last day of camp.

Job Details:

Caring for kids is a brand new pediatric practice within the LRGHealthcare system designed to meet the needs of the Lakes and Three Rivers regions. With a newly renovated practice in Belmont, our Pediatricians are looking for a nurse passionate about pediatrics and interested in upholding the LRGHealthcare mission to provide quality, compassionate care and strengthen the well-being of our community.

As the pediatric nurse, you are responsible for prevention and management of acute and chronic conditions of patients from infancy to young adulthood years. Assessment, screening, collection of health data, documentation, triage, immunizations, point of care testing and education are among the skills necessary to providing patient centered care in this setting.


·        Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with current NH RN or LPN license.

·        BLS certification.

Previous experience in an inpatient or outpatient pediatric setting with electronic medical records preferred.
