SNAP Health Center by PSNI is an Electronic Health Record (EHR) software suite that simplifies the K-12 school health clinic. For 24 years, SNAP has remained the most trusted and widely used school-based EHR serving 5 million students in 44 states and 25 countries.

PSNI was founded by a school nurse and is staffed with full-time RN’s. We know what school nurses need, how they think, and how they work. As a result, we’ve designed our award-winning SNAP Health Center software to be extremely easy to use, with an intuitive, one-click design that follows the workflow a school nurse experiences every day. This saves time and improves the accuracy of information— leading to better care.

We create life-changing wishes for children between the ages of 2 1/2 years old to 18 years old with critical illnesses.  Wishes are more than just a nice thing.   And they are far more than gifts, or singular events in time.   Wishes impact everyone involved—wish kids, volunteers, donors, sponsors, medical professionals and communities.   For wish kids, just the act of making their wish come true can give them the courage to comply with their medical treatments.   Parents might finally feel like they can be optimistic.   And still others might realize all they have to offer the world through volunteer work or philanthropy.

WE-SHIRT

"I am Karen Kearsley, a former school nurse with over two decades of experience. I am excited to share the WE-SHIRT initiative.

The WE-SHIRT initiative is born from my desire to provide a simple yet powerful tool for connection. It goes beyond being a simple ice breaker; it's a way for each child and school member to be seen, heard, and understood. In a world where diversity is vital, the WE-SHIRT fosters an environment where differences are celebrated, and friendships flourish."

Zebra Crossings offers programs for youth with chronic medical conditions that foster greater self-confidence, a sense of independence and a desire to realize full potential through fun and engaging experiences. Children meet peers who understand their life experiences and face similar challenges. These connections help them break through their perceived limitations, helping them feel more confident and empowered, and as difficult moments in life come up, they can tap into the strength and resiliency gained in our programs.
