Special Medical Programs

Special Medical Services, the New Hampshire Title V Program for Children with Special Health Care Needs, administers health programs and services for children ages' birth to 21 years, who have, or are at risk for, a chronic medical condition, disability or special health care need.

The Complex Care Network within the Special Medical Program,  focuses on increasing collaboration between the fields of medicine and community members. They have worked with many school team's over the years.

Return to School decisions regarding children with medical complexity requires a team approach.  In this webinar, Dr. McGonagle will outline how her program can assist you and your families in making those difficult decisions.
