Your Rights at Work as a School Nurse

NEA-NH UniServ Director Peter Miller will provide a framework for understanding the workplace rights of school nurses. Topics will include the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Public Employee Labor Relations Act (NH RSA 273-A), and employee rights and obligations in a union setting.  Q&A time will be available, however questions or topic suggestions can be emailed in advance to pmiller@nhnea.org.  Any school nurse who is eligible for union membership must be a member of her/his union in order to participate in this workshop.  Dinner will be provided.
