Fees are waived for this conference if you are attending as a speaker or have been asked to attend it to work. You will receive contact hours
if you attend the full day.

REFUND POLICY
If you cannot attend the Conference, you may transfer your registration to another attendee or request a refund.
There will be no penalty for cancellations received at least 7 days before the start of the conference. Cancellation requests may be emailed to: nhsna@comcast.net.
Due to commitments to our venue, If your refund request is received less than 7 days before the conference, the full amount paid minus a $50 food and processing fee will be refunded.
