    Hi all,

I want to use a uniform education tool for staff for medication administration. I would only assign this for staff that are CPR certified and agreeable to medication administration delegation. I also want to find a course that will allow the staff to do this on PD or blizzard bag days, instead of needing to sit down with me for 30+ minutes during a school day. I have found one course on the AAP website linked below. The cost is $5 per course which could potentially be covered by the district (I haven't asked yet).  I am seeing the guidance of the state school nurses: What do you all use for med admin teaching? Do you create your own course? Do 1:1 teaching sessions for each staff member? I don't want to reinvent the wheel if I don't have to. Thanks in advance for your thoughts and guidance.
