Our district nurses met remotely yesterday to work on a screening protocol for summer staff. We used the NH Stay at Home 2.0 Universal Guidelines as the foundation, with some more details pulled from BCLP At Work found online. We tweaked it for our district and will meet with the head of personnel and the head of maintenance today.
Looking for ideas for screening staff. Who? Where? When? On site upon arrival? At home remotely using honor system? What about employees that report at 5:30am (kitchen and earlybird staff), 3pm or 5pm (Custodial, Security). Weekends (Security, Buildings and Grounds)? Are nurses doing all of the screenings? Or instructing and delegating, using the Governor's Stay Home 2.0 protocols? HR or Dept. Heads doing screenings? Looking for some ideas for implementing now. Nursing can't be available 24/7, 7 days a week. Thanks!!
