Per NH 311.02 (Medication During the School Day): (p)  Non-prescription medication shall be given only with the written authorization of the parent and/or guardian and if this is in accordance with school policy.

Anyone using the SNAP Health Portal would use an Electronic Form.  I was planning on going to this format when we return this year.

Hi Folks, looking for some input. We plan to offer a Google Form health update as a choice, so that parents can answer with a few clicks on their computer and hit submit. We have a very poor compliance rate getting forms returned to us when they need to be printed out at home. My question is - does NH law permit an electronic parent signature for OTC medication permission? Or do we have to keep that one on paper? Is anyone using electronic forms for their Tylenol/Ibuprofen permissions? Thank you.
