At 14 they can seek STD diagnosis and treatment.

Under 18, if they seek an abortion, a parent must be notified.  The law is silent on whether or not they can seek help for a pregnancy.  I would call your local Planned Parenthood.  Interesting to note, this legislative season, a bill was proposed to lower the age of seeking mental health care to 16.  It never made it out of committee, it was tabled.

Checking to see at what age a students information is protected when there is a pregnancy concern.  As always, best practice is to have the girl tell parents, but that isn't always easy for them.  What is the obligation (if any) of the school nurse? The age of 14 is sticking my head, but I'm not sure if that is for access to contraception. TIA!
